#1 Kevin Owens

Kevin Owens had wrestled extensively on the Independent scene before arriving in WWE in 2014. Owens wrestled in WWE's developmental branch NXT, where he was a one-time NXT Champion, before debuting on the main roster in May 2015.

He has since held the Universal Championship once, the Intercontinental Championship twice and the United States Championship three times. One of the most talented in-ring performers today, KO has the best in-ring psychology and storytelling abilities required during a match.

Less than four years in the company, Owens has become the most hated performer in WWE. He's a vicious opportunist who goes out of his way to be despised. His feuds with Chris Jericho, Sami Zayn, and AJ Styles just to prove how a great heel he is.

His recent feud with Shane McMahon and Daniel Bryan has been the highlight of his career so far. After being "fired" from WWE, Owens went to the extent of changing his name on Twitter to sell the angle. He's one pure heel.

Kevin Owens is unarguably the best heel in the WWE today. At just 34, he is surely a future legend of the industry. Unlike traditional heels, Owens doesn't mind facing real competition and putting up a fight to get to the top.

The Prize fighter is an asset for the WWE provided the creatives don't mess with him by turning him into a baby-face.
