Despite being a lot older than they were when they first debuted in WWE, several superstars have aged gracefully. Although many people link the term "aging gracefully" to appearance, it could also refer to people's attitudes as they go through different stages of life. Many factors could contribute to aging well, including exercising, healthy diets and avoiding stress.

Several former and current WWE Superstars have been leading a healthy lifestyle and taking care of themselves physically and mentally. Although they are no longer the youngsters who debuted in Vince McMahon's company a few decades ago, these performers seem to have aged very well. They are still in great shape and seem young at heart.


#6 DDP

Former WWE writer buries Judgment Day HERE

At the age of 66, Diamond Dallas Page, better known as DDP, looks absolutely phenomenal and is helping current and former wrestlers stay in shape through the DDP Yoga program.

The wrestling legend even wrestled in 2020, taking part in a six-man tag team match at AEW's Bash at the Beach pay-per-view. His exceptional performance proved just how well he has aged, and how yoga has positively transformed him.


#5 WWE Hall of Famer Goldberg

Goldberg made his professional wrestling debut in 1997 when he was 30 years old. The former NFL player competed for several years in WCW before the company went out of business. He then joined WWE in 2003 and spent nearly a year in Vince McMahon's company before leaving in 2004.

The former World Heavyweight Champion was in incredible shape when he walked away from wrestling in 2004. In 2016, Goldberg returned to WWE and looked almost the same except for his goatee turning gray. Despite turning 55 last December, the former WCW star is still in impressive shape.

In an interview with GQ in 2017, the former Universal Champion disclosed how he deals with aging:

"Well, it’s always been eat as much as humanly possible and stay away from the fats,'' Goldberg said. ''Carbs are my friend. As long as I don’t eat them late at night, I’m good. Except for the fact that I now have to train late at night (...) When you’re 50 years old and you’re putting your underwear on in front of millions of people and you used to be me—lets just say that I’ve cleaned up my diet quite a bit. I didn’t use to be as strict with my fat intake. I mean, I didn’t even know what “Gluten-free” was then. I ate everything that I saw back then. And it didn’t matter because I was younger and my metabolism was even faster."

In addition to following a healthy diet, Goldberg revealed that mental strength is another factor that helps him stay in good shape.


#4 Bobby Lashley

Bobby Lashley joined WWE in 2005 when he was 29 years old. He spent three years in the company before leaving in 2008. A decade later, The All Mighty returned to Vince McMahon's company.

Although he is now 45, he seems to be in better shape today than he was decades ago. In an interview with Sportskeeda's Rick Ucchino last June, the WWE Champion disclosed his secret to aging gracefully.

"I'm not really a drinker, I don't put anything that's... I do things in very, very, very small moderations and for me it's just being on a routine,'' Lashley said. ''I take care of myself. I do a lot of rehab, I really take care of myself. I eat good, and I take my time to do the massages, and try needling when you get the boo-boos and other than that... I mean, if you don't damage yourself but you're not gonna break down."

Lashley currently looks set to challenge Theory for the United States Championship, in a rivalry that could last well over the summer of 2022.


#3 Trish Stratus

Trish Stratus is one of the greatest superstars in WWE history. She spent nearly six years as a regular competitor in Vince McMahon's company, during which she won seven Women's Championships. She ultimately retired at Unforgiven in 2006.

Since her retirement, Stratus has made several sporadic appearances and competed in a few matches. Stratus was only 25 when she debuted in WWE. Today, she is 46 and has aged gracefully. The former Women's Champion takes care of herself and leads a healthy lifestyle.

The Diva of the Decade is also now a yoga and fitness instructor. In an interview with Real Style Magazine, Stratus gave a glimpse into her weekly diet.

"We eat mostly organic, unprocessed foods and we don’t have dairy on the regular (...) Breakfasts are usually any of the following: eggs, sprouted break, nut butters, oatmeal, and non-dairy yogurt,'' Stratus said. ''Lunches and dinners include lean proteins like chicken, grass-fed beef and fish – we usually eat fish 2-3 times a week, quinoa is the favourite grain around here and lots of veggies. Some of my staples for snacks are vegan protein powder, hemp seeds, all nuts and fruit and we use coconut oil, grass-fed butter, and avocado oil to cook our food. Pretty simple, and clean and that allows us to have a cheat here and there with NO guilt! We look forward to our pizza nights and burger nights out."

Stratus also disclosed that she does not obsess over her training as she believes that her diet and lifestyle are the most important.

"I squeeze in training when I can. When I'm not training for an epic pay-per-view, I just do my daily yoga and slip in a run or training session when I can. I definitely don't obsess over my training and I find my diet and lifestyle is what keeps everything in check," she added.

The Diva of the Decade last competed against Charlotte Flair at SummerSlam in 2019. Nevertheless, she lost the bout.


#2 The Rock

The Rock was only 24 years old when he debuted in WWE in 1996. He spent eight years in the company, during which he won many championships, before initially retiring from professional wrestling in 2004.

Over the past 18 years, The Brahma Bull has made several appearances in Vince McMahon's company. He also competed in a few matches and even held the WWE Championship for a few months in 2013.

Away from the squared circle, The Rock is now a Hollywood megastar. Although he is 50, several people on social media have pointed out that the former WWE Champion seems to have gotten younger over time.

One of these people was Ali Drucker, a senior editor at Cosmopolitan.com. She even asked the star of Red Notice about his skincare routine on Twitter. The Rock replied to her tweet, disclosing his anti-aging secret.

"Ha yes ma'am. Neutrogena deep cream face wash, Lancer or LaMere creams and tequila often. Not on your face, but drinking it ;)," he wrote.

In an interview with BodyBuilding.com, The Brahma Bull also revealed that working out is his therapy.

"Working out is my therapy, and it's cheaper than a shrink. I can't imagine my life without training, honestly. And for getting results—as with anything in life, but especially with working out—there's no substitute for hard work," he said.

In addition to training, The Rock is very keen on maintaining his diet. He generally eats five meals a day. The Great One last competed in WWE in 2016 when he defeated Erick Rowan at WrestleMania 32.


#1 Torrie Wilson

Torrie Wilson joined WWE in 2001 at the age of 26. Although she is now 20 years older, she does not look much different. Since leaving WWE in 2008, Wilson has become a web-based fitness trainer and blogger. She now seems to be in even better shape than during her wrestling days. In an Instagram post, the WWE Hall of Famer disclosed her secret to anti-aging.

"Best anti-aging secret? Lift weights! A strong body is youthful & strength is empowering. Often, women concentrate on being as thin as possible but as we age especially, thinness looks like frailty. Frailty has a bad rap for coming with age and it’s time to change that!" she wrote.

In an interview with Muscle and Health, the former performer also spoke about the importance of healthy eating and exercising.

"I go for the 80% rule of healthy. I’m now more focused on eating whole, natural foods that have a lot of nutrients to help me feel good from the inside out. I’m anti-strict eating because of competing and being anorexic. If I had to choose between exercise and diet, exercise would be my number one. By having muscle, you can have a little more leeway with your diet. When it comes to being lean, that’s always been my motto," she said.

Wilson has made a few sporadic WWE appearances in the past few years. She also competed in the 2021 Women's Royal Rumble match.
