Just looking at John Cena and his incredible work ethic, you know that the man is eating healthy. There is no other way you can maintain such a hectic lifestyle and still have the body of a man who is clearly in the best shape of his life. And, Cena's diet shows it.
He starts the day off with six egg whites, two whole eggs, 100g of oatmeal and protein bars before launching into his gruelling workout routine. Lunch is a side of brown rice with two whole chicken breasts, as well as veggies.
He then supplements himself with protein shakes and bananas as well as an evening snack of tuna. He ends the day with grilled chicken, more veggies, and brown rice or a salad.
