Goldberg's diet got him ready for his in-ring return

When Goldberg returned to the WWE last year at WWE Survivor Series, he was pushing 50 but still looked in the kind of shape you expect from someone half his age. His secret? A healthy diet to go along with his insane training. Here is an example of his daily diet.

The former WCW Champion starts his day off with 6 servings of oatmeal along with 20 blueberries before his morning training and after the workout, he eats 12 eggs with two yolks, six pieces of bacon and gluten-free toast with avocado. This is just the start.

He then eats two whole gluten-free pizzas with a load of hamburger meat and two protein shakes. After that, it's noodles, soup, and shrimp before his Muay-Thai training. After training, it's a repeat of the noodles, soup, and shrimp before a protein filled dinner to close out the day.

This is what you call commitment.
