Currently, Dominik is a mainstay on WWE RAW and is involved in a heated angle with Seth Rollins. Around 15 years ago, Dominik made several appearances for WWE when he was inserted into the feud between Eddie Guerrero and Rey Mysterio. The rivalry saw Eddie uttering those iconic words to Dominik: "I'm your papi!", declaring that he was the real father of the kid. This led to a Ladder match at WWE SummerSlam, with Dominik's custody on the line.

Given the opportunity to script WWE’s next big storyline, Abhilash would treat fans to the second installment of The Bloodline Civil War. He would book Roman Reigns to re-form The Bloodline with The Usos and Sami Zayn upon his comeback. The angle would see The Tribal Chief-led group go head-to-head with The Rock, Solo Sikoa, Tama Tonga, and Jacob Fatu in a blockbuster family feud.
