#3 Bayley

Bayley was supposed to be the female version of 'John Cena' on the main roster - and why not?
She had the persona and the in-ring ability to back the push, and while the WWE did back her also with a SmackDown Women's Championship win over Charlotte in early 2017, her stock has been critically down after the loss to Alexa Bliss later in the year.

Bayley has often teased a feud with Sasha Banks that has never come to fruition. Bayley and Sasha Banks could have written themselves into history with their ability to churn out instant classics, with a mega-feud culminating at a major event such as WrestleMania, but WWE has often pitted her against the likes of the Riott Squad and Alicia Fox.
Bayley is currently the favorite to win the first WWE women's tag-team championship alongside Sasha Banks, but a rumored injury to 'the Boss' is again on the verge of undermining her talent and efforts.
With Ronda Rousey seemingly occupied with Becky Lynch and Charlotte, both of whom belong to SmackDown, WWE might have missed a trick by not pitting Bayley against Rousey, which could have at least propelled her stock amongst the fans.
While Bayley still remains one of the best in-ring female competitors in the world, WWE Creative need to find a way to better utilize her fan-following and ability to it's fullest.
