#1 Samoa Joe

WWE has made a mockery of Samoa Joe lately. Joe walks out and literally roasts everyone in front of him via his superior mic-skills, but eventually loses.
The fact that Samoa Joe hasn't won any piece of gold yet in the WWE is just baffling, considering the fact that the likes of R-Truth and even Shane McMahon are amongst the champions right now. Joe's exploits in NXT forced WWE to fast track his transition to the main roster, which saw his debut on Raw in 2017.

Initially, Joe was backed with amazing matches with Brock Lesnar and Roman Reigns. But ever since he was written off the main event, he has been critically under-utilized by WWE which has often portrayed him as a loudmouth, undermining his skill and expertise inside the squared ring.
Recently, Joe lost ground to Mustafa Ali in the Royal Rumble match, signaling yet another superstar being preferred over the super-sized wrestler. With a lack of bona fide superstars on SmackDown, Samoa Joe could have been the perfect answer and should have won the WWE Championship in 2018 against AJ Styles.
With the Road to WrestleMania underway, questions still surround Joe's involvement, and the fact still remains that he is one of the most undermined superstars in the WWE right now despite the genuine heel heat he constantly generates.
