#2 Chris Jericho (Joined DDP Yoga in 2012)
Current AEW Superstar Chris Jericho joined DDP Yoga back in 2012 after suffering a herniated disc in his back, after participating in the reality show 'Dancing With The Stars' in 2011. Not wanting to see his wrestling career come to an abrupt halt, Y2J decided to get back in shape and recover from his nagging back issues.
It was Shawn Michaels who recommended DDP Yoga to his fellow Canadian friend. In a matter of months, Jericho found himself in a much better position. In an interview back in 2012, the former AEW Champion revealed how following the fitness regime helped him increase his career longevity.
"All I know is that DDP Yoga works for me. It's the best training I've had in my life and it's funny how I've been wrestling 10 years longer than CM Punk, but he's the one who's always walking around with more ice on him than an eskimo in February. I'm pain-free."
The program has certainly done the trick for Jericho, as he continues to wrestle even after having turned 50 recently. It's shocking to see Jericho perform at such a high work-rate even at this age, and DDP Yoga has inarguably played a huge role in his late-career resurgence.
