Angelo Dawkins and Montez Ford have been close friends throughout their WWE careers.
As part of a recent interview with Ryan Satin on the Out of Character podcast, Montez Ford revealed that Dawkins was the first person that he spoke to at WWE's Performance Center after he signed for the company.

The former Tag Team Champion also went on to note that Dawkins is now his best friend and the duo are so close that he asked him to be the best man at his wedding to Bianca Belair back in 2018.
''He was actually the first person I met when I came to the Performance Center. He was my best man at my wedding. He’s going to get married soon, and I’m pretty sure I’ll be his best man. But it’s a real relationship off camera and [on] camera," said Ford.
It will be interesting to see if Dawkins returns the favor and asks Ford to be the best man at his upcoming wedding.
