It has been quite an incredible ride for Pete Dunne as a WWE Superstar. The Bruiserweight won the NXT UK title way back in 2017, and held the belt for 685 days, before dropping it to Walter at WWE NXT TakeOver: New York last year. Dunne has wrestled a total of 21 matches this year in WWE, and has won 20 out of those, with a win percentage of 95.2!
Dunne's impressive win percentage is courtesy of his association with Matt Riddle, in early 2020. Dunne and Riddle were paired up for the 2020 Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic, and the duo went on to win the tournament by defeating Grizzled Young Veterans (James Drake & Zack Gibson) in the finals. The BroserWeights eventually won the NXT Tag Team belts. When the Coronavirus crisis struck, Dunne couldn't travel to the USA and was later replaced by Timothy Thatcher. Riddle didn't get along with the latter as much as he did with Dunne, and the duo soon lost the titles to Imperium.
