John Morrison is currently enjoying his second stint with WWE after making his return to the company at the beginning of 2020 and aligning himself with The Miz. Morrison has become a comedic character since his return, but that didn't help Morrison following one of the worst botches of his career.

The former Intercontinental Champion returned to the ring back in January 2020 in a match against Big E, where the former IMPACT Wrestling star was able to come out on top. But it was only towards the end of this match when he botched his own finisher.

This was Morrison's first match in WWE for eight years, and it set quite the impression with the WWE Universe. Morrison has since been seen as The Miz's sidekick over the past year and was even blamed for The Awesome One's failed Money in the Bank cash-in, which later allowed Miz to claim back his contract.

Morrison also slightly botched his finisher on the January 31 episode of SmackDown, in the same year.
