Why would WWE have two of its biggest heels face each other on SmackDown, you rightfully ask and yes, you ask a very valid question, dear reader. The simple answer is that WWE could have either one of these men turn babyface at a moment's notice because of the goodwill that they have in the industry and how beloved they are with the WWE Universe.

In particular, I think that there's a big chance for Bray Wyatt to go face and go after the Intercontinental Championship. You may say that his character is a natural heel, but I disagree, especially if you consider that both The Undertaker and Kane were great babyfaces when they needed to be in their WWE careers. The normal WWE fan gravitates towards darkness.
AJ Styles is now officially a triple crown champion in WWE, it’s remarkable how he’s been a top guy in pretty much every single company he’s wrestled in, one of the 🐐’s that will truly be missed when he hangs it up. pic.twitter.com/YCKP6hxlVG
But yeah, for these two men to feud over the Intercontinental Championship would actually add a lot of prestige to the title that hasn't honestly been felt in WWE for a very long time now.
