#4 Erick Rowan brought his large spider to the ring in WWE
Ok, so this may not have been a 'real' pet but it still counts in the world of WWE. In November 2019, Erick Rowan started carrying a cage with him backstage and to the ring. Rowan was very protective of the cage, even though he felt the wrath of the creature inside on occasion.
In the end, it was revealed to be a large spider that was being kept inside the cage. The storyline came to an end after just a few months, when Drew McIntyre used the steel steps to squash the cage and spider. We never even knew its name.
#3 Koko B. Ware's parrot was a huge part of his WWE character
WWE Hall of Famer Koko B. Ware was an ever-popular Superstar through the late '80s and early '90s. Better known as "The Birdman", Koko came to the ring with his pet parrot named Frankie. The parrot was a huge part of his gimmick and the WWE Universe loved his fun-loving character.
Koko spoke to Everywhere Legends Video about the start of his Birdman gimmick with Frankie:
"It started out as my late wife’s idea. God bless her. She really helped me get the idea of the ‘Birdman.’ As a matter of fact, I was the ‘Birdman’ before I got the bird. I had birds on my tights." Koko B. Ware said. (Pro Wrestling Stories)
His legendary character was honored in 2009 when he was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame with Frankie by his side.
