#3. Jinder Mahal - Will WWE's Modern Day Maharaja rise to the top again?
Jinder Mahal isn't the oldest WWE star on this list by any means, but he has been among the unluckiest in the last couple of years. In 2019, he suffered a ruptured patellar tendon that kept him out of action for nearly a year.
Jinder Mahal was seemingly regaining momentum, with rumblings about him getting pushed as Drew McIntyre's WWE Title opponent emerging. Even if that was the case, he wouldn't have defeated Drew McIntyre for the WWE Title.

But to simply be elevated to main event status again would open the doors for a future opportunity. However, another issue with his knee forced him into surgery and ended his 2020 prematurely.
Given the way Jinder Mahal was being positioned, it wouldn't have been surprising to see him getting a big push again. We're not sure what his role will be with the NXT India, but he still has far more value on WWE's main roster.
If WWE decided to continue pushing him as they were when he before his 2020 injury, then he could win one more World Championship.
