#2. The Miz - WWE's A-Lister has a bigger chance than most

The Miz perhaps has the highest chance on this list of becoming WWE World Champion again. As of this writing, he is Mr. Money in the Bank after winning the briefcase from Otis.

Unfortunately for The Miz, he has two major things going against him. Firstly, his character alongside John Morrison has become too goofy for his own good, and secondly, Drew McIntyre is the WWE Champion.

It's hard to imagine a goofy Miz dethroning Drew McIntyre, but crazier things have happened in WWE. For now, most of us are expecting a failed cash-in, and WWE is well aware of that.

There could be a situation where he dethrones Drew McIntyre, but it wouldn't be a very long run, and he would be expected to drop it back after a short reign.

Even so, The Miz having one last World Title run is possible. While 2016 would have been the best time to pull the trigger, The Miz could end up having a gap of over 10 years between his first and last World Title run with WWE.
