Samoa Joe has faced Christian in TNA before
It has been a while since we've seen Samoa Joe compete in a WWE ring and following another untimely injury, Joe has been working as a commentator for Monday Night RAW. The former WWE United Staes Champion replaced Jerry 'The King' Lawler and has done tremendous work on the RAW desk so far.

However, there is no surprise to the fact that the WWE Universe desperately wants to see Samoa Joe back in action once again. And while reports have suggested that Joe could possibly mix up his role in the future and work both as an in-ring worker and on-screen personnel.

Joe's announcing duties could possibly lead to his return and WWE could arrange it by having him attack Christian. The two men have faced each other in the past in TNA/Impact Wrestling and have had a few memorable matches against each other.
Christian's return could not only lead to Joe's return and heel turn, but the WWE Universe could be in for yet another exciting match between the two veterans.
