#1 Former WWE Women's Tag Team Champion Peyton Royce
In WWE, Peyton Royce is perhaps best known for her work as one half of the popular tag team The IIconics. The Australian duo had known each other since their high school days and tried out for WWE together.
The duo won the WWE Women's Tag Team Championships from Sasha Banks and Bayley at WrestleMania 35, fending off competition from multiple teams including Nia Jax and Tamina, and the team of WWE legend Beth Pheonix and Natalya. The IIconics later lost the WWE Women's Tag Team Championships to Alexa Bliss and Nikki Cross.
Not long after losing the titles, The IIconics disappeared from television and returned in mid-2020 to strike up a rivalry with The Riott Squad. It was during this feud that they disbanded due to losing a stipulation match.
When The IIconics returned in 2020, it was apparent that the in-ring skill of Peyton Royce had improved considerably. The star even debuted a new finisher in summer 2020, the spinning brain buster, dubbed Deja Vu, which she has been executing with excellence during matches. Royce also had a great performance in the 2020 Survivor Series elimination match, where she pinned former SmackDown Women's, Champion Bayley.
In 2020, around the time that The IIconics split, there were reports that Peyton Royce was set for a huge push in WWE. This has not yet come to fruition, but could be on the cards for the star in 2021.
