#2 Lacey Evans: SmackDown Women's title

There's just something about Lacey Evans as a character that screams "champion" in WWE. Maybe that has to do with her army background, her motivational words on social media, or her passionate promos, but she is someone that the company can rely on to give the Women's division some depth.
Now, that isn't a knock on the rest of the SmackDown Women's division, it's just proof of how good Evans is. She is also very fun to watch in the ring and her Women's right finisher is absolute gold. Unfortunately for Evans, however, none of this has resulted in a title run yet and she lost to Bayley earlier this year.
Of course WWE has run her through the title picture multiple times and even protected her in defeat on more than one occasion, but they never pulled the trigger on a title run. Hopefully that changes sometime soon, or one of WWE's top Superstar's might be in danger of losing her white hot momentum.
