Naomi needs to move over to Monday Night RAW for the same reason that Bianca Belair should be moved over to WWE SmackDown. Both women are so much more talented than they have been able to show since they are always in the shadow of their husbands.
Naomi is so underutilized that the WWE Universe even started a hashtag for her a few months ago. With Jimmy Uso out injured until January, Naomi should have been pushed in the women's division, but this hasn't happened.

A move over to the Red brand would allow her to step into the RAW Women's Championship picture and fight for a Championship that she has never held. WWE tend to keep couples together on the same brand because they want to travel together and spend time with their spouse. But WWE could make an exception since Jimmy Uso isn't expected to return until early next year.
Bianca Belair would flourish on SmackDown and Naomi would be able to make much more of an impact on RAW. These women should swap WWE brands so that they can perform to their highest ability.
