Born into a wrestling family, Terry was taught the finer points of technical wrestling by his father, Dory Sr., and older brother, Dory Jr. He’s also won the NWA world title in the 1970s.

What happened?

Terry Funk decided to create a second career for himself as the “Hardcore Legend”. He used weapons such as ropes of barbed wire, irons, fire, and explosives. He’s given Mick Foley one of the wildest matches of his career proving that he wasn’t scared of anything and that he could still tough it out albeit middle-aged.
