Vince McMahon has helped several WWE Superstars rise up the ranks of the business and one such guy who got a great opportunity from him is Sheamus. The first Irish world champion in WWE history, Sheamus has won several titles and accolades in the company, proof of how much Vince McMahon trusts him.

During an interview with The42, Sheamus spoke about his first meeting with Vince McMahon and how the WWE Chairman told him to give a proper handshake.

"The first time I met him I actually went to shake his hand and I kind of gave him a lame handshake and he pulled his hand away, and he goes, 'That's not a handshake! Give me a proper handshake!' ... He's just a very intimidating man, especially now I know him, but it's great; he's given me a great opportunity to have a lot of fun."

Sheamus is one of the only three WWE Superstars to have won all three of the following - a Royal Rumble match (2012), a Money in the Bank ladder match (2015), King of the Ring tournament (2010).
