#4. WWE RAW's Angel Garza
Angel Garza seemingly has all the tools to be a big player in WWE. He has outstanding in-ring talent. He naturally oozes charisma, perhaps more so than any other superstar in the company. Given that WWE is always looking for the next big Latino star, he certainly fits the bill.
However, Garza has struggled to find his footing on WWE's main roster outside of the partnership with Andrade that was under the management of newly returned Zelina Vega. For example, the last time Garza wrestled in singles action on RAW was in May.

At a neat 205lbs, Garza would legitimately be able to compete for WWE's 205 Live and he's certainly someone that can shine on the purple brand with his in-ring work in a similar way to how Cedric Alexander and Mustafa Ali did.
Plus, he'd undoubtedly become a top star in the skeleton-division and would more than likely win the NXT Cruiserweight Title again. Perhaps a mid-card singles title would be exactly what Garza needs to rebuild his confidence and standing in the company to push on to bigger and better things.
