#1. Miro/Rusev returns to seek retribution for his release
The release of Rusev was undoubtedly one of the biggest shocks during the WWE mass-release in April. Could he be seeking retribution for it? While we would normally pitch the possibility of a faction comprising of some of the released WWE superstars, it seems as though most of them have already found new employment and some have simply moved on to the next stage of their lives.
Miro/Rusev would make the perfect leader for RETRIBUTION - since it makes sense after he was released by WWE. It would also add a lot of buzz since Rusev has always been a Superstar loved by fans regardless of his role (except for his initial run leading up to WrestleMania 31).

Rusev has been among WWE's most popular stars and while he's stated that he's "moved on" to becoming a Twitch streamer, we're certain that the Bulgarian star is simply trolling fans. There were rumors that WWE has prepared a shortlist of people to bring back, and Rusev could be on that list, leading RETRIBUTION.
