Will WWE leave The Fiend off of the Clash of Champions pay-per-view

WWE has once again taken The Fiend out of the Universal title picture after his loss to Roman Reigns and things have not gone well from there. In fact, between debuting a new character in the Firefly Fun House and not being on television for weeks, he is clearly directionless at the moment.

While Alexa Bliss slowly drifting towards the dark side is a promising sign for The Fiend character in the future, it doesn't do a whole lot for him right now. Unfortunately for The Fiend, that means he will probably be sitting out the Clash of Champions pay-per-view and being saved for a later date.

In the end, it is extremely disappointing to not see The Fiend utilized to his true potential, but it could be worth it if WWE has something big planned for him in the future. It could also be that WWE has a surprise in store for the WWE Universe to swerve the audience in a creative way.
