#1 Heath Slater was mistaken for WWE Hall of Famer Edge

Heath Slater appeared in the same WWE Inbox video as Kofi Kingston and R-Truth. Nowadays, Slater (simply known as Heath since leaving WWE) has short hair and nobody would even think to compare him to Edge.
Back in 2012, however, Slater had long hair and he wore similar gear to Edge before forming 3MB with Drew McIntyre and Jinder Mahal.
The four-time WWE Tag Team Champion revealed that he was once mistaken for The Rated-R Superstar by a fan.
“Actually, I have [been mistaken for someone]. It was the Hall of Famer Edge. Actually, it’s kind of a good compliment if you ask me. But yeah, it was Edge.”
Slater’s main-roster WWE career officially began in June 2010, nine months before Edge was forced to announce his retirement. The two men shared the ring on 13 occasions, including in Slater’s first WWE pay-per-view appearance at SummerSlam.
The match saw a team of WWE all-stars, led by John Cena, defeat The Nexus in a seven-on-seven elimination match. Edge was eliminated by the up-and-coming Slater.
