In an odd way, the news of Reigns’ mistake will affect Cena in the future.

When does the 15-time world champion get a shot at No. 16 and the immortal record held by Ric Flair? When does WWE take a chance and forget the idea of moving forward to give The Champ potentially his last shot at glory?

It was always believed that at some point, Cena would face Reigns in a changing of the guard type match where the future babyface would be forever immortalized, similar to The Rock and Cena.
