#3 Randy Orton
WWE missed a golden opportunity here. Orton came to WWE from Ohio Valley Wrestling, with John Cena, as a young and upcoming star, who is a third-generation superstar on the fast track to success.
Orton’s best quality was his ability to draw heat for his abuse of wrestling greats. The title “Legend Killer” was one of the best angles of the Attitude Era and should have been a feature of WrestleMania events on a year basis. Could you see WWE line up legend after legend each year to fall to the 12-time WWE champion? It would have been well worth it.
