Earlier this year, WWE Hall of Famer Bubba Ray Dudley opened up on his real-life heat with WWE veteran Randy Orton. He stated that the two Superstars squashed their real-life feud when Bubba returned to WWE in 2015. Back when Randy Orton and Batista were a part of Evolution, they once had a match with The Dudley Boyz. Both Superstars suffered injuries during the match and Randy Orton was out of action with an ankle injury, for four months.

Bubba said that the two settled their differences when he came back to WWE in 2015.
The very first day we saw each other in 2015 when me and D-Von had returned to the WWE; we instantly shook hands, hugged, sat down and talked for five minutes and realised that we had both matured. We both admitted that we overreacted to the situation.
Bubba Ray Dudley also heaped praise on Orton for his RAW segment with WWE Hall of Famer Beth Phoenix. Orton was involved in an angle with Edge at the time and the rivalry culminated in a Last Man Standing match at WrestleMania 36, which Edge won.

Given the opportunity to script WWE’s next big storyline, Abhilash would treat fans to the second installment of The Bloodline Civil War. He would book Roman Reigns to re-form The Bloodline with The Usos and Sami Zayn upon his comeback. The angle would see The Tribal Chief-led group go head-to-head with The Rock, Solo Sikoa, Tama Tonga, and Jacob Fatu in a blockbuster family feud.
