One of the most interesting choices to play the role of Alexa Bliss' friend Lilly would be Paige. The former NXT Women's Champion and Divas Champion was forced to retire from in-ring competition in 2018 due to her injuries. Paige then went on to have a stint as the general manager of SmackDown after WrestleMania 34.

In 2019, Paige introduced the team of Asuka and Kairi Sane, The Kabuki Warriors, to the main roster and managed them. The alliance ended later that year with Asuka turning on her. She then appeared on WWE Backstage as a contributor.

With the miraculous returns of Daniel Bryan and Edge from career-ending injuries, many fans are still hoping to see Paige back inside a WWE ring one day. She herself teased the same through a tweet last year, raising speculations of a return.

Paige returning to WWE and being revealed as Alexa Bliss' friend Lilly could turn out to be a great idea. WWE will have the flexibility of Paige not getting in the ring too much and mostly being a manager-like figure to Bliss.
