#2 Chelsea Green reveals Matt Cardona's first text message to her

Matt Cardona and current WWE Superstar Chelsea Green

Former WWE Superstar Matt Cardona and Chelsea Green got engaged back in 2019, and have been together for a while now. A short while ago, Green shared the screenshot of the first text that Matt Cardona sent to her on Twitter. Current AEW stars Cody and Brandi Rhodes were the ones who acted as matchmakers here and told Cardona about Green. Cardona sent a wrong number to Green in his first text and immediately sent the correct one after realizing his mistake.

"You're single. Why don't you guys...I'm like...I don't want to date a wrestler. Been there, done that, doesn't work out. No way. And then they said, 'she likes Disney.' Oh, she likes Disney...ok. So, I did the typical slide into the DMs and I think the first thing was, you like Disney. We went on a date, like two weeks later. She tried avoiding me but I finally got through."

Chelsea Green currently works for WWE, while Cardona was released earlier this year

Chelsea told Cardona that she will text him at an 'appropriate time', and that she certainly did. The couple hit it off and the rest is history. Cardona was released by WWE back in April. Green is currently signed with WWE. She recently competed on SmackDown and broke her arm during the match. Green later shared X-Ray pictures of her broken arm on Instagram.
