Roman Reigns has often been compared to 16-time World Champion John Cena. There were a lot of similarities in the way that WWE pushed Roman Reigns as their top babyface. Reigns and Cena are two of the most polarizing superstars in recent WWE history.
The two faced off against each other at WWE No Mercy 2017 and it was Roman Reigns who came up victorious in what was a typical "passing of the torch" moment. There were several amazing moments during their feud and fans still remember the promo battle where John Cena destroyed Roman Reigns with his mic skills.
