Following his loss to Jericho at WrestleMania 32, “The Phenomenal One” unsuccessfully challenged Roman Reigns for the WWE Championship at the Payback and Extreme Rules pay-per-views.
Roman Reigns won both matches, with the first encounter lasting 25 minutes and 5 seconds.
#7 Roman Reigns squashed The Miz (3 minutes, 12 seconds)
Roman Reigns and The Miz had some competitive matches for the Intercontinental Championship in January 2018, but the same could not be said for their one-on-one meeting in the main event of SmackDown in August 2014.
Randy Orton, who lost to Roman Reigns at SummerSlam just a few days earlier, watched on from ringside as “The Big Dog” picked up a dominant victory over The Miz.
This main event was less about the match and more about the post-match brawl, which saw Orton slither away up the ramp after being on the receiving end of a Superman Punch.
