The Miz turned on his long-time friend John Morrison last week on WWE RAW. Ahead of this week's show, it was announced that The Miz and Morrison would go one-on-one.
Rumors coming out of last week's episode of the show noted that this wouldn't be a short feud and that it would signify the end of the alliance between the two real-life friends.
Despite the fact that the match had already been announced ahead of RAW, Morrison instead took on Omos with the star claiming that The Miz was hiding from him. This was the only time that The Miz was referenced on the show before Omos went on to take his place.
It was later noted by WrestlingNews that The Miz wasn't even backstage at RAW last night, and there was no update on why his match against Morrison didn't take place.
