#1 Sasha Banks

The Boss is one of the best female wrestler on the planet today. It's crazy to even think that two years ago, the Boss was at the top of the women's division. She was main eventing multiple pay-per-views with Charlotte Flair and having some of the best matches in the history of women's history.

Ever since losing her RAW Women's Championship to Alexa Bliss last year, Banks hasn't been involved in a proper storyline. While many thought that her feud with Bayley would culminate at WrestleMania 34, where the two would end up having a singles match.

But that didn't happen and Banks was pushed to the pre-show battle royal where she did absolutely nothing apart from being eliminated by her best friend, Bayley.

Banks is currently involved in a tag team with Bayley, which doesn't make any earthly sense, given how much the duo has been through over the past year and a half. It seems like the WWE doesn't have any confidence in Banks.

Banks' demotion in the card is a clear indication that the company doesn't view as a top star despite her role in the evolution of women's wrestling in the company.

Banks is a rare talent and she deserves better treatment. It will be in her best interest to leave the WWE and look out for newer pastures. She could be a top in Impact Wrestling or Ring of Honor and could go to Japan and perform in promotions like Stardom. She is slowly turning out be the "Gail Kim' of this generation, a great wrestler, criminally undervalued by the company.
