It may seem strange, but WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns has wrestled only six times in 2021. Each time, though, the Universal title was on the line.
It should be noted that Roman Reigns also has a "No Contest" Draw with Adam Pearce, but we'll skip that as he didn't win or lose the match.

Roman Reigns started the year dominating Kevin Owens in a Last Man Standing Match at the Royal Rumble to retain his title. He defeated Daniel Bryan twice - once at the Elimination Chamber pay-per-view and once at Fastlane.
He continued to dominate as he defeated Edge and Daniel Bryan in a triple threat match at WrestleMania, where he stack-pinned both superstars.
He also defeated Daniel Bryan again, and with that win, banished Bryan from WWE SmackDown. Most recently, Roman Reigns defeated Cesaro to retain his title at WrestleMania Backlash.
