The Deadman returned to WWE in June this year coming to the aid of Roman Reigns.

The Undertaker and WrestleMania go together like Mick Foley and thumbtacks, which is why it was so surprising this year that the Phenom didn't appear at the show of shows. Appearing the next night on RAW, things definitely seem strange for the Deadman this year, and it may be due to Starrcast.

After being announced for the independent convention, McMahon was reportedly furious at the Phenom, who not long after was pulled from the show. Tensions between the two continued to flare as according to the same report, the Deadman believed his career after his Super Showdown loss to DX last year, which is why the Phenom took the Starrcast booking in the first place.

Though the Deadman has re-signed with WWE, it still goes to show that nobody, not even a legend should ever cross the boss.
