Big E vs Brock Lesnar would be a battle of the suplexes

Brock Lesnar and Big E going one-on-one in the ring would be a brilliant battle between two of WWE's most exciting "big men".

As Intercontinental Champion, Big E is beginning to the get the singles run so many WWE fans have been wanting for years. Those who are aware of his NXT run know just what he can do as the "top guy" on a brand. A feud and match with the "Beast" would do wonders for Big E to show everyone on the main roster that he is WWE's next main event player.

The WWE Universe would welcome a match between Big E and Brock Lesnar for many reasons. Firstly it would be a battle of suplexes. Both competitors have an array of different suplexes in their respective arsenals, and it would be very refreshing to see Lesnar on the receiving side of a few German and Overhead Belly-to-Belly suplexes.

Secondly, the calibre of Lesnar would most certainly bring out the "serious" side of Big E that he has been criticised for not showing. Thirdly, this would be a new and fresh match-up/feud. Big E and Lesnar have only crossed paths briefly, but given the time to get physical in the ring, we would be in for a heavyweight battle for the ages. Or as Big E would put it "big meaty men slapping meat".

During an interview with Table Talk, Big E picked Brock Lesnar as his dream opponent, saying:

"We have done some stuff with Brock Lesnar. I haven't had an official match with Brock, but if forced to pick one, maybe Brock. Let's say, Brock."

If Lesnar is to return, then the former multi-time tag team champion will be waiting for him.
