When you've got the nickname of 'The Beast', you better be able to back it up in the ring.

And Dan Severn did just that, after joining the wrestling world in 1991, and MMA three years later.

As a monster in both sports, Seven notched up over a 100 wins in his MMA career, and held the UFC Superheavyweight championship.

Joining the WWF in 1998, Seven entered the company as the NWA Heavyweight Champion, with manager James E. Cornette proudly holding various other titles Seven had captured.

Whilst he sadly never held gold in the WWE, reports suggest that many Superstars were terrified of the Superstar, as they feared of what he would do if they ever crossed him.

With his glassy stare and monster of a moustache, Dan 'The Beast' Severn is one of WWE's toughest stars.
