Vince McMahon
Vince McMahon being the silent string puller in the back is not helping anyone. Most of his booking decisions are out of place and at the same time, his absence in television is there to be seen as well. Vince should bring back the old Mr. McMahon gimmick and have one last run in the WWE programming.
He could be put to some good use in the current situation. Triple H and Stephanie McMahon could have a feud with Vince or they could just take a long break while Vince becomes the top authority figure. The best possible angle for Vince's return will be NXT vs. WWE where Vince leads WWE while Triple H leads his boys from NXT.
Paul Heyman
There is nothing wrong with Heyman being the manager of Brock Lesnar. In fact, there isn’t anyone else in the business who could be more convincing in that role. But then again, this is not what Heyman was meant to do. Heyman is someone who challenged big fishes like WCW and WWE from a bingo hall and a shoe-string budget.
This was the guy that gave us memorable SmackDown moments throughout the Ruthless aggression era, the guy that gave us talents like Brock Lesnar, CM Punk, Beth Phoenix and many more. And still, Heyman plays the role of a mere manager.
Heyman deserves to have a creative role in the WWE as he will clearly turn the product upside down. They could even give the charge of NXT to him and see the magic work.
