If there's one thing WWE Superstars have become famous for outside of their in-ring activities, it is their lifestyle when they aren't performing in front of tens of thousands of people. This lifestyle mainly consists of decadence and debauchery while out on the road.
This is something which has been a staple of the pro-wrestling world since back in the 1970s, and it is no surprise that it's pretty much the same decades later in 2017. Of course, things aren't as bad when it comes to drugs due to the WWE's wellness policy, but there's little in there to penalise drinking.
Sure, there are some Superstars such as Kevin Owens and AJ Styles who are very much family men and spend very little time painting the town red, but that sort of life is not meant for everyone. So, without any further ado, here are 5 WWE Superstars who are party animals:
#5 The Bella Twins
Coming in at Number 3 on this list is a two for one offer with The Bella Twins. Nikki and Brie have established as rabid party animals since their early days in the WWE, and it is a reputation they have been trying to shed in recent times.
Through their first few years with the company, both sisters but Brie, in particular, showed a tendency to go out and get hammered on a regular basis. This is where the whole Brie Mode nonsense originated from, believe it or not.
More recently, though, with Brie's pregnancy and Nikki's high-profile relationship with the WWE's leading man, John Cena, the twins have made it a point to get away from the image they have built for themselves.
It seems to have worked as not many people these days remember the crazy parties that the Bella Twins were notorious for once upon a time.
#4 Paige
Paige has been described as something of a wild child with no small thanks to her partying and drinking habits.
Despite being away from the company due to injury, she has never been far from controversy. Apart from the leaked picture scandal, Paige has also been part of some videos where her fiance, Alberto Del Rio, drunkenly rants against the WWE.
This is all in private, of course, but even in public settings, Paige has shown that she's quite happy to let the booze flow and get into the party zone. She's young, rich, and famous so it should come as little surprise that she is more than willing to indulge in the wilder aspects of life.
The Englishwoman's habits might get her in trouble with the WWE unless she tones it down soon, though.
#3 Luke Gallows
One-half of the former Raw Tag Team Champions – The Club – Luke Gallows has an established reputation as a heavy party animal since his days in New Japan Pro Wrestling. The man formerly known as Festus is one of the go-to guys in the WWE locker room if you're looking for a night out on the town.
Despite his good friends Karl Anderson, AJ Styles, and Finn Balor all being relatively tame when it comes to partying, Gallows is the exception from the Bullet Club contingent. Although, it must be said that Anderson does partake from time to time.
He is regularly seen hitting up local bars and nightclubs with random members of the Monday Night Raw roster.
#2 Chris Jericho
Pro-wrestlers and rock stars indulge in an insane amount of partying. And, guess what? Chris Jericho is both. Widely considered one of the greatest Superstars ever to grace the squared circle, Y2J is also the front man for a pretty popular rock band named Fozzy.
With this in mind, it is hardly surprising that Jericho is one of the biggest party animals ever to step foot into the WWE. A man who loves his whisky as much as his wrestling, Y2J can regularly be seen partying with a number of different wrestlers as well as famous rock stars.
Despite approaching the age of 50, he has shown no signs of slowing down, and you can bet that there will be a hell of a lot of partying when he goes off on tour with his band Fozzy in the near future.
#1 Jeff Hardy
Jeff Hardy was once so high out of his band that he couldn't wrestle in the main event of a PPV during his time with TNA. The infamous match was against Sting, and it is one of the most embarrassing moments in the history of wrestling.
If this is what he is capable of on screen, imagine what he is like away from the ring. The younger Hardy brother has garnered a reputation for being one of the most hardcore party animals in all of wrestling.
If rumours are to be believed, he is now clean, and this probably explains why the WWE brought him back into the company with brother Matt. If he is to survive in the WWE, though, The Charismatic Enigma will need to put his partying days far behind him.
