A true dream match

“AJ Styles and Edge has to happen, in 25 years in the same industry, we’ve never touched. How is that possible?

These were Edge's words when asked about opponents that he wanted to face. While he gave an entire list of Superstars from RAW, SmackDown, and NXT, there's no doubt that AJ Styles could bring the best out of Edge.

AJ Styles is still one of the best wrestlers in the world and he most recently gave The Undertaker his best match in seven years. Edge and AJ Styles had a confrontation at the Royal Rumble, one that led to The Phenomenal One getting injured.

However, AJ Styles refused to blame Edge for what happened. Now that he's back, this could be the perfect time to start a rivalry between the two. We would understand the argument that a match at SummerSlam or WrestleMania 37 would be better, but given that WWE needs all eyes on the product with dipping ratings, a dream feud between AJ Styles and Edge would be perfect.
