#4 Jinder Mahal

Remember when Jinder Mahal was traded to SmackDown Live in the 2017 Superstar Shake-Up? His replacement on Raw at the time appeared to be Curt Hawkins, a fellow serial loser who had started to rack up a series of defeats in the months prior to his move to Raw.
A little over one year on, Jinder has won two titles (WWE Championship and United States Championship) and legitimately become one of the top heels in the company, while Hawkins has remained much lower down the card.
Top name doesn't want to enter the WWE Hall of Fame. More details HERE.
WWE seemed to test the waters with a possible Hawkins face turn when he was attacked by Baron Corbin a fortnight ago, so if the long-term plan is for him to end the losing run against a major heel on Raw, they need look no further than “The Modern Day Maharajah”.
