#3 Not deserving - Sheamus

Like Rusev, Sheamus too became one of the sought out stars quickly after his debut in the Raw Roster.

He won almost everything from Royal Rumble to the Money in the Bank briefcase. He had a decent run as a World Champion on multiple occasions but not a great one by any means.

He is currently the one half of the Smackdown Tag Team Champion with Cesaro as part of the Bar in their fifth reign together and is one of the best in the business.

While Cesaro deserves a bit more than what he being treated too, Sheamus has already been there and done it.

Sheamus presence in the main event scene will have nothing new to offer, and with the recent injuries, and emergence of newer stars, he is the best bet at the mid-card level possibly winning the Intercontinental title which has eluded him in his career.
