#3 Nia Jax

Nia Jax has had a rather tough year. Currently, she is out till the end of the year or early 2020 due to torn ACLs. She's currently rehabbing from her injury and the reason why she's on this list is that she shouldn't have been called up in the first place.
If WWE decided to hold Aliyah back in NXT for over 5 years, it doesn't seem fair that WWE called up Nia Jax within less than a year of her debut. Granted, she has a very unique look and fits the WWE roster well, but even four years after her debut, she has proven to be quite green in the ring as a whole.
Jax is still a solid talent who can be a long-term player for WWE and she will win many more championships in the future. However, to gain momentum and start earning the respect of the WWE Universe, she probably needs more time in developmental to refine her skills. She has a great look and would fit perfectly into the increasingly stacked NXT Women's division.
