Although a usually calm and composed guy, Haku wasn't one to spare someone who tried to act tough with him. He held the WWE Tag Team Titles with Andre The Giant on one occasion during his WWE stint. He also wrestled in WCW as Meng and was the final WCW Hardcore Champion before the promotion was bought off by Vince McMahon in 2001.

Bobby Heenan in an interview said that there were only two men that Andre The Giant feared. One was Harley Race and the other was Haku. Such was the latter's toughness.
Years after his WWE retirement, Haku began working for a car wash company named David Maus Car Spa. Working as Car Spa Director, Haku can be seen in the above video, promoting the service.
