Dean Ambrose faced The Undertaker in SmackDown Live on 26th April 2013. This was a one on one match between both the stars with two halves of The Shield, Roman Reigns and Seth Rollins, being present at the side of the ring. During the match, The Deadman locked Dean Ambrose into Hell's Gate where the Lunatic Fringe tapped out after giving The Undertaker tough competition throughout the match.

But as the match got over, Roman Reigns and Seth Rollins entered the ring and started attacking The Undertaker. Roman Reigns put down The Undertaker with the help of a dangerous Spear over the barricade. This helped other members of The Shield to pick The Dead Man up and put him through the announce table with the help of a dangerous triple powerbomb. The Hounds of Justice showed no respect to The Phenom as they laid him down into the announce table.
