#4 Rusev

When Rusev moved to SmackDown in last year's Superstar Shakeup, rumors started surfacing that the Bulgarian Brute will be the next big heel champion on the blue brand. But as it was meant to be as Rusev debuted on SmackDown almost two months after Superstar Shakeup on July 4 challenging John Cena to a match at the Battleground which he lost.
Since then, the WWE Creative team have not been too kind to Rusev as he was put in mindless feuds against the likes against John Cena and Randy Orton. His alliance with Aiden English got him over with the fans in a massive way but unfortunately, the creatives did not take notice of the guy who could've been a loved champion.
While he had the first shot at WWE Championship at Extreme Rules last month, a wrestler like Rusev deserves more opportunities given the amount of talent that he possesses. Things aren't looking good for Rusev Day either as he is currently not involved in any major story line and will most likely miss SummerSlam.
