Though Joe is yet to win his first world title in WWE, he has two wins over Roman Reigns

Unlike all the other Superstars present on this list, both of Samoa Joe's victories over Roman Reigns have come on WWE TV. He had defeated Roman in the first battle of the two Samoan stars on RAW. This match had taken place on the RAW episode dated 6th February 2017. The fans expected that the Samoan Submission Machine would receive a massive push after that win, but that never happened.

WWE finally awarded him a big win at Extreme Rules 2017 where he defeated Bray Wyatt, Finn Balor, Reigns and Seth Rollins in a fatal 5-way match. Joe became the number 1 contender for the Universal Champion because of that victory, and to provide him with more momentum heading into the biggest match of his WWE career, the Creative team booked him to defeat Roman Reigns on the RAW episode dated 19th June 2017.

Since that match, both the Superstars have crossed paths on numerous occasions. However, Joe has not earned a single win over his nemesis. Their last singles match took place on the RAW Reunion episode earlier this year.
