#4 Rusev

Rusev debuted in WWE during the early days of NXT, and from the very start, it was clear that the Super Athlete wasn't a regular performer, and that he would go on to do big things in the company. It all started out that way, but WWE fell back into their cliche foreign heel booking: dominant, undefeated run, big loss, losing streak, comedy/face turn, and it's hurt him.
The Bulgarian Brute isn't your common WWE foreign performer though, as he has genuine charisma, the ability to be a good face or heel, and good crowd support, unlike guys past such as The Great Khali and Vladimir Kozlov.

Unfortunately, despite all the support of the WWE Universe, Rusev Day hasn't been able to pick up any momentum as of late, and despite winning the United States title, it's clear the WWE don't have any big plans for him, and with all his charisma and his lady by his side, he could make a mark on wrestling away from the WWE.
