#3 Shelton Benjamin

When the brand split was announced in 2016, many people were worried about the depth of WWE rosters, and that brought guys like Curt Hawkins, Jinder Mahal and Shelton Benjamin back. Like we expected though, these guys haven't been doing much (with the exception of that 6 month WWE Championship reign of Jinder), especially Shelton, who deserves much, much more.
The former Gold Standard came back to replace Jason Jordan as Chad Gable's tag team partner, but unfortunately, that didn't pan out, and since that point, it's been rare to see Shelton on WWE television at all.
In his prime, Benjamin was one of the most athletic performers the WWE had ever seen, and he was a valuable mid-card performer, but they seem to have forgotten that. Benjamin is getting up there in age, but with all the great wrestling promotions out there, he could still make a big living away from the WWE, and if he doesn't get any time on TV soon, those are waters he should test.
Becky Lynch has been challenged HERE.
